From a very early age I have been passionate about improving personal strength & athletic ability.
With a long sporting background competing in Rugby Union, Rugby League, American Football, Ice Hockey, swimming, and Martial Arts I have a diverse range of personal experience training in different athletic pursuits. Combined with a decade working in sports supplements/nutrition, and 12+ years’ experience spent under a barbell I have a deep knowledge base to drawn upon to help you achieve the goals or results you are looking for.
The feeling of exercising, training, and testing my own physical abilities has always been one of my single most favorite experiences in life. I love sharing this with as many people as I can and helping them to get in touch with their own abilities so they can experience this extremely rewarding journey for themselves.
